Window Tint
Ceramic window film, cut to your glass and Illinois-legal
Comfort & privacy
Why Ceramic Film Beats Dyed Tint
Ceramic window film cuts heat and glare, blocks 99% of UV, and sharpens the look of any vehicle. Unlike dyed or metallic film it will not fade to purple or interfere with GPS, cell or toll signals.
We show you Illinois-legal shades on your actual vehicle, then computer-cut and heat-shrink the film to the curve of your glass in a dust-controlled bay.
What Ceramic Tint Changes
01Heat Rejection
Ceramic film blocks infrared heat so the cabin stays cooler and your A/C works less in Illinois summers.
0299% UV Protection
Shields passengers and interior surfaces from UV rays that fade leather, crack dashboards and damage skin.
03Glare Reduction
Less squinting on sunny days and at night from headlights behind you.
04Privacy & Security
Keeps valuables out of sight and adds a layer of shatter resistance to side glass.
05No Signal Interference
Non-metallic ceramic film will not interfere with GPS, cell, radio or toll transponders.
06Lifetime Warranty
Our films carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty against bubbling, peeling, fading and purpling.

Window Tint FAQ
What is the legal window tint limit in Illinois?
Under 625 ILCS 5/12-503, sedans, coupes and wagons must keep at least 35% visible light transmission (VLT) on the front side windows, back side windows and rear window. SUVs, crossovers, vans and pickups must keep at least 50% on the front side windows, and may run any darkness on the back side windows and rear window. The windshield may only have non-reflective film on the top 6 inches.
Is 20% tint legal in Illinois?
Not on the front side windows of any vehicle. On a sedan, 20% is also too dark for the rear side windows and rear glass, which need 35%. On an SUV, van or truck, 20% (or darker) is allowed behind the driver because Illinois has no minimum for those windows.
Does Illinois measure the film or the whole window?
The whole window. The law measures net VLT: the film and the factory glass combined. Most factory side glass passes roughly 70 to 80% of light, so a 35% film on 75% glass measures about 26% net, which fails a sedan's 35% rule. That is why we meter the glass before recommending a shade.
What type of tint film do you install?
We install ceramic window film, which blocks heat and infrared without the signal interference of metallic films and will not fade to purple like dyed film.
How long before I can roll my windows down?
Leave windows up for 3 to 5 days after installation so the film can fully cure to the glass.
Does window tint come with a warranty?
Yes. Our ceramic films carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty against bubbling, peeling, fading and color change.
