How Paint Protection Film Works

We deliver top-tier paint protection film that shields your car from rock chips, scratches and environmental damage while staying virtually invisible. Modern PPF has an elastomeric top coat: light swirls and scuffs from washing, keys or brush contact relax back to flat when the panel warms in the sun or with a heat gun.

Every install is cut to your vehicle's pattern, wrapped around edges wherever possible, and finished in our dust-controlled Oswego bay.

What PPF Protects You From

  • 01

    Resale Value Stays Intact

Keep your paint in showroom condition for years. Protected paint means higher resale value when it's time to sell.

  • 02

    Self-Healing Technology

Minor scratches and swirl marks disappear with heat exposure. The film's top layer reforms itself, keeping your protection looking fresh.

  • 03

    Rock Chip Defense

Absorbs impact from road debris to prevent paint damage. Your paint stays pristine even on highway commutes and road trips.

  • 04

    Virtually Invisible

Crystal-clear film that doesn't alter your paint's appearance. Only you'll know it's there; everyone else just sees flawless paint.

  • 05

    Stain Resistant

Repels bugs, tar, and other contaminants with ease. No more scrubbing to remove stubborn road grime.

  • 06

    10-Year Warranty Backing

Backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing and peeling. Long-term protection you can count on.

Paint Protection Film FAQ

What is paint protection film?

Paint protection film (PPF, sometimes called clear bra) is a thick, transparent urethane film applied to painted surfaces. It absorbs impacts from rock chips, resists scratches and stains, and self-heals light swirls with heat.

How much does PPF cost in Oswego, IL?

Partial front, full front and full body coverage are priced by vehicle size and complexity. Full front is our most popular package. Request a quote and we'll give you exact pricing for your vehicle.

Is PPF visible on the car?

Our film is optically clear and installed with wrapped edges wherever possible, so it is virtually invisible. We also offer a satin finish that converts gloss paint to a factory-style satin look.

How long does PPF last?

The film carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking and peeling. With basic care it protects for the life of most vehicles.

Can PPF be ceramic coated?

Yes. Many customers combine full front PPF with a ceramic coating over the film and the rest of the vehicle for easier washing and extra gloss.

How long does PPF installation take?

Partial and full front installs usually take one to two days. Full body coverage typically takes three to five days depending on the vehicle.
